Business Development Representative - Orlando, FL

The Iserv Company, LLC is a national Managed Services, Cloud, and Voice provider. Due to significant growth over the past 18 months, Iserv Orlando is looking to expand its presence throughout the South by adding a Business Development Representative. The BDR will work with Iserv’s outside sales team to increase qualified leads and positively communicate with potential customers.

 

Responsibilities

  • Ability to communicate confidently and in a clear and constructive manner by phone or email

  • Identify and contact potential customers to build rapport and set up meetings

  • Understand and utilize various social media channels to obtain clear needs and how Iserv can help solve those needs and expand the customer's growth

  • Maintain and document activities and lead generation in the existing CRM system

  • Determine key decision-makers and internal advocates for communication

  • Work with the sales team to build good follow up paths for all potential prospects

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Quick learner

  • 2+ years in appointment setting, customer communication, or other BDR activities

  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite, G-suite, and LinkedIn

  • Has strong attention to detail

  • HubSpot experience a plus

  • Previous MSP experience a plus

  • Previous UC experience a plus

  • Previous public cloud experience a plus

Iserv Orlando is an extension of, and supported by, Michigan-based Iserv, as well as their holding company 382 Communications, a wholesale telecom provider located in Boston, MA. The work environment between the three entities is very collaborative and dynamic. We are looking for a dynamic, driven person who is looking to join a team in the early stages of growth and help contribute to taking Iserv Orlando to significant new levels.
