COVID-19 Policy

At Iserv, we recognize the important role our services play in providing technology and services to our customers and communities. The health and well-being of our customers and staff is always a priority, and as we navigate the rapidly evolving coronavirus (COVID-19) situation together, we want to share with you the extra precautions we’re taking at Iserv.

Along with standard CDC recommended practices, our facility adopted heightened cleaning measures in common areas and of high-touch surfaces and objects. We are limiting meeting sizes and suggesting virtual meetings as a default. Customer Site Visits will be limited for the immediate time being. The Iserv 24/7/365 Help Desk and Network Operations Center (NOC) remains staffed watching infrastructure, backup services, replication services, and network alerts.

To help prevent the spread of the virus, we’re encouraging anyone who feels sick to stay home, and we’ve also put in place guidelines to give our team members greater flexibility to work from home or to stay at home and get well.
