COVID-19 Update 2.0

We are used to protecting you and your business data. We recognize with the constantly changing COVID-19 situation, it is a time that, for many, is filled with uncertainty. Following the recent executive orders from various State/Federal entities and CDC guidelines related to COVID-19, we want to update you on Iserv’s status and the steps we are taking to protect the health and safety of our clients, staff, families, and communities.

 

Iserv’s 24/7 NOCCs are online and supporting our customers during this current health situation. In addition, we are working on any new business needs. We do ask our clients to please call or video conference scheduled meetings if you are experiencing any symptoms (fever, cough, difficulty breathing) of illness. We would also like to communicate that our offices are operating normally, with essential personnel on-site 24/7 and the rest of our staff working from home when appropriate to help mitigate risk. You chose Iserv because of our commitment to serve and support your business 24/7/365. We continue to monitor the situation, and if further changes in the way we serve you are needed, we will share those with you. If there are needs that arise and we can help, please let us know.

Friendly reminder: How to open an Iserv Support Ticket

  1. OPENING A TICKET BY EMAILING THE ISERV SUPPORT DESK:

In some cases, you may find it more convenient to email the Iserv Support Desk for assistance. An email also provides an easy way to send documents or screenshots. Our Support Desk Staff will create a ticket for you and begin the resolution process. The Support Desk email is support_desk@iservgroup.com.
